How to: Begin with a freshly washed face. Using a tinted moisturizer or foundation, apply to full face for moisture and even out skin-tones. Next, apply any necessary concealer to dark circles or blemishes. Sweep the face with a transparent finishing powder. Using an angle brush and black liner or a liquid liner pen in black, create your cat eye. Begin at the inner corner of the eye and in one or two clean strokes, line the upper lids. Make the line near the outer eye corner grow wider and come to a clean point slightly past the lid's end. Let dry. Curl and apply mascara to top lashes only. Using a lip brush and tangerine or nectarine lipstick, first apply to outer lines of lips and brush inward to avoid bleeding. SO CUTE!
