{manic monday: work the wellies}

wellies are typically a wet weather fashion, but not anymore! lately, wellies have been popping up on runways, sidewalks and all over celebrities. my favorite look is when paired with cute little summer dresses or shorts! perfect for hiking and camping or shopping and going to concerts. i love a good wellie. here's how i wear it, and below are some style tips!styling tips:
