I have fallen in love with the quintessential summer look stemming from the late 1950's. Rockabilly became popular with the influence of Elvis Presley, Carl Perkins and Johnny Cash, who mixed country music and rock-n-roll, and with it came the rockabilly (rock+hillbilly) lifestyle and fashion along with it.
This is the perfect summer look that combines vintage and rock-n-roll. I would highly suggest it for concerts and bbq's, even pool-side!
Style Tips:

Using vintage staples, mix colorful patterned dresses with deconstructed denim jackets or vests. Pair a great ankle pant with a short sweater and a neck scarf. Wear oxfords with a cute romper and some cat-eyed frames.

Most important thing about rocking this look: Personality is everything. smile and have fun with the look, don't try to be a tough guy. Add some red lipstick, a thick cat eyeliner and some cheeky confidence and you'll be loving rockabilly in no-time!
