Hello all! Welcome to another Tutorial Tuesday. Recently, I decided that I'd like to personalize my work space. Slowly but surely, I'm piecing ideas together and will show you in a few weeks, what the final result is. Today, I am showing how I created some recycled desktop containers that are not only functional, but darling at the same time. If you have 10 minutes, give this a try!
Supplies Needed:
Cork Board Sheets
Recycled Jar, Vase or Tin Can
Hot Glue Gun
Scissors & a Pen
Step 1.
Laying your recycled container down on your cork board sheet, line up the bottom of the container to one edge of the cork sheet. Using your pen, draw a line along the top of your container. Cut.
Step 2.
Run lines of hot glue on your cork sheeting, while rolling your container over the lines. Continue, until your container is fully covered.
Step 3.
Cut off excess cork sheeting, and glue the final bit down.
Step 4. Fill with flowers, paint brushes, pencils, scissors or anything you might need to keep in order. Using push pins, attach photos or notes to the cork and enjoy your recycled containers!!
Hope you enjoy this fun and functional DIY!! Tune in later for another too-cute to pass up tutorial!
