Supplies Needed:
Over-sized Bag (mine is a vintage bowling bag)
Spray Paint, in White
2 Doilys in different sizes
Painters Tape
Step 1. Tape off the edges around the area you plan to stencil.
Step 2. Lay your doilys over on one edge and spray paint over. Pick doilys up immediately and move across your surface, alternating the placement and painting as you go along. Make sure to only stencil over the doily, and to not spray around the outside. ( I goofed a few times, so learn from my mistake!!)
Step 3. Let dry. Remove tape. Fill and show off!
I've been wanting to do something with this bag for years. I love how this simple face lift has refreshed it! I am inspired to stencil with doilys more often!
