{Tutorial: DIY Braided Jersey Chains}

Happy Friday darlings!! This simple tutorial is so easy can be so versatile. Enjoy!

Supplies Needed:
Cotton T-shirt or Jersey Material
Scissors
Sewing Machine or Needle & Thread

Step 1.
Cut your fabric into 9 long thin strips, about 1" wide and however long you like.

Step 2.
Braid your fabric strips together until you have 3 braids, and pin to hold them in place. Sew the ends together.

Step 3.
Sew a small strip of fabric together and slip onto your 3 braids. These will hide the exposed ends!

Step 3.
Sew the ends of your braids together, and pull your fabric slip over the exposed ends.

Ta-da!! All done! This can easily be made into a high-waisted belt, headband or bracelets! American Apparel charges $18 dollars for one braid of jersey... ridiculous when you can make your own by recycling old clothes, am I right?!
