{Tutorial: DIY Scarf Hair-Bow Video}

Hello Hello!!! I've been asked over and over how I am able to make my scarves into little bows... this video tutorial and the below photos should answer all your questions!

Step 1.
Folding. The look of your bow ALL depends on how you fold your scarf before you put it on your head. Fold your square scarf into a triangle, then grabbing the open points of the scarf, fold 2" sections all the way up until the scarf is one long, seamless band.

Step 2.
Position your scarf at the top of your neck and pull snugly. Adjust so your scarf is off-centered, which will place your bow-to-be on the side of your head, not the top.
Once you have your desired position, pull the scarf around your head and tie one firm knot (not too tight, just snug enough that you can let it chill for a bit while you create your bow with free hands).

Step 3.
Tie another knot, this time leaving it loose and with wiggle room.

Step 4.
Take your 'dog ears' aka the points of your scarf and pull each end through the knot, about half way.

Step 5.
Pull your bow-shaped ends tight, firming up the knot. Adjust your bow ends, making them larger or smaller. Tuck the bow tails inside the bow loops and you're good to go!

*To keep your scarf from slipping off your head, place two bobbie pins in the back of your hair attached to the scarf.*

I am obsessed with this, and have bought about 20 scarves in the last month, just to accommodate my addiction:)
